Watu Buceng Beach in Malang City, East Java Province
It sounds alluring to visit a beautiful city like Malang in East Java Province. The region offers many attractions including southern beaches like Watu Buceng, after all. This one is located in Banjarejo Village and resides in Donomulyo Sub-District. Some people may wonder what kind of beach it is, no? Watu Buceng is considered a new vacation spot, so it has a perfect and clean environment (due to the absence of trash left by tourists). This unspoiled nature makes the beach suitable for relaxation and enjoying casual beach activities like photography and beach walking, without a doubt.
In terms of nuance, the beach offers a peaceful ambiance due to the low number of visitors. The shoreline has a soft texture and light brown color. Despite the fact, many stones are scattered on it, so tourists need to wear footwear when beach walking. The most recognizable feature is the presence of a unique coral reef or hill in the east part of the shoreline. The shape looks like a ceremonial rice or Tumpeng, in fact. This explains why the locals name the site Watu Buceng, which means the rock of Tumpeng. Also, bushes grow abundantly around the shoreline.
