First things come first. Tourists need to get to Padang City (the capital of West Sumatra Province) first. They can get there fast by airplane, actually. For instance, a flight from Jakarta City (Soekarno – Hatta International Airport) to Minangkabau Airport may take at least 1 hour and 40 minutes. From Padang, the next destination is Agam Regency and it can be done by taking Maninjau – Lubuk Basung Street. The distance is 109 km, so the trip would take around 2 hours and 15 minutes. From Agam, tourists can head to Langkuik Tamiang Waterfall directly by taking Padang Lua – Maninjau Street. This trip would take about 1 hour and 37 minutes, as the distance is 53.3 km.
