Sausapor Beach
Sausapor, the capital of Tambrauw Regency, is inhabited by a diverse population of the archipelago. Not only indigenous people, the people of Manado, Buton, Makassar, Java, and Medan are immigrant tribes who take part in the development of this Regency. The Sausapor district is located on the coast in the 'birds head' area part of Papua Island. The Sausapor district is the most developed in Tambrauw as it is the seat of regency government. Most of the people are already working in the tourism sector. Unlike in the hinterland of Tambrauw, which are still farming or hunting.
Although the population is small, Tambrauw has so much natural beauty. One of them is Sausapor Beach. The beach which is located in Emaos is indeed quite far from Tambrauw downtown which is the capital of Tambrauw district. But do not be afraid, the journey taken will be comparable to the natural beauty in there.
Because it is still classified as an inland area, Sausapor Beach is still so natural. Visitors will be presented with a stretch of white sand beach and wrapped in blue sea water that will surely spoil the eyes. Not only that, visitors can relax for a moment by listening to the sound of the waves lapping at the edge of the beach. Go to the beach in the morning is highly recommended for visitors who want to feel the coolness of the beach.
Visitors can also swim around the pier with local children. Their cheerful faces certainly make visitors enjoy the holiday even more. Or you can also chat with the surrounding community or just take a moment by taking pictures with them.
When the sun begins to fall on the western horizon, visitors will 'enjoy the dessert' at Sausapor Beach. Of course, visitors shouldn't passed the beautiful sunset on the beach. The warm reddish will make you feel how lucky you are to have visited this beach. The red sky is also a sign for the local children to return to their homes. Uncommanded, they began to dress and went home as the sun went down.
Don't be afraid to stay at Sausapor. Around the beach there are also many inns and hotels available.
