How to Get There
Duamo Island is located in the midst of Tigi Lake at Bomou Village. First, tourists should take an airplane to Nabire Regency (the first checkpoint). From Jakarta, a flight from Soekarno – Hatta International Airport to Nabire Airport would take around 8 hours and 5 minutes. From there, they can take a local transportation service and head to Deiyai Regeny. The trip may take around 5 hours as the distance is 169 km. From Deiyai, they can simply head to Tigi Lake at Tigi Sub-District. The distance is 23.6 km, so this trip may take about 42 minutes or less.
