From Bali To Ijen – Alas Purwo – Sukamade Tour 4 Days / 3 Nights

Day 1:
The driver will pick you up from Bali hotel then drive to most western trip on Bali/ Gilimanuk Ferry Harbour for about 3-4 hours and then cross Bali Strait to reach Ketapang Ferry Horbour in Banyuwangi for about 1 hour. From Ketapang Ferry Harbour, continue drive to Banyuwangi hotel.

Day 2:
Early wake up call and having breakfast box from your hotel, then go to Ijen Crater. Lush vegetation, clove and coffee plantation precede the rainforest where humidity, wildlife, giant ferns and big trees cover this 2.468 ha nature reserve.

From the Park Ranger Post (Paltuding Post), start to hike to Ijen Crater. The stunning unveils at 2.383 meters altitude. The lake color and smoke wafting from bright yellow sulfur deposits create the landscape desolate, barren and vibrantly alive. After exploring Ijen Crater, you will drive down to Banyuwangi and visit Coffee and rubber plantation and directly to Alas Purwo for about 4 hours including stop on the way to the local restaurant for having lunch.

When arrived in Rowobendo (inside of Alas Purwo area) then continue to Ngagelan to see the turtle breeding. And if its possible, you can release the baby turtle to the ocean. And after from Ngagelan, continue your trip to Bedul (Segara Anakan) by ride a boat for 45 minutes to see the mangrove around the lake and see the migrant bird from Australia and the Bedul fish coming through from the water. After lunch you will going back to Rowobendo.

Day 3:
Take a breakfast and going to Pancor for the jungle trek, to visit Istana Cave, and Mayangkoro Cave. Relax in Pancor Beach.
Back to the home stay and drive directly to Sukamade (Meru Betiri National Park) for about 4 hours including have a lunch in the local restaurant.

On the way to Sukamade, you should visit the traditional coconut sugar production, and passing through the rubber and cacao plantation.
Arrived in Sukamade National Park area, check in Mess Pantai and take a break for lunch, walking around the park.

After dinner till 12.00 am you start to see the breeding turtle lay the eggs in the sand.

Day 4:
In the morning, release the baby turtle and have a breakfast.
After breakfast, start to the Jungle trekking in Meru Betiri Forest with the Ranger and guide for about 2 hours.
After jungle trek, going back to Mess Pantai, packing, and back to Banyuwangi. You will visit fisherman village in Rajawesi.

Have a lunch in local restaurant and drive directly to Banyuwangi.
