The Empire Palace, a new shopping mall in the region of Blauran, Surabaya.
The Empire Palace is already open from July 2009.
Built with an investment of Rp 400 billion, the classical-style mall was designed for some segments. For example, fifth floors dedicated for shopping area, first floor for the sale of gold (gold center), second floors for electronic and home solution, and also secohnd floors for the wedding hall.
“We took some local and foreign brands which are popular here. A total of 150 local jewelers as well as from Malaysia, Singapore, and Italy also signed, ” said the President Director of PT Blauran Cahayamulia.
He said, The Empire Palace combines the concept of five star hotels and malls. The concept was applied as an innovation in the midst of intense competition in Surabaya mall business. A number of comprehensive and integrated facility is also provided.
