In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, various cultural festivals that are regularly held must change to a virtual format. This also happened to the Feria Internacional de las Culturas Amigas (FICA) which was followed by the Indonesian Embassy in Mexico City. This festival always involves more than 50 countries as participants.
Indonesia displays several videos of tourist destinations, such as the Central Java video, in collaboration with the Central Java Provincial Government. In addition, several Indonesian products such as batik, Indonesian recipes, Indonesian food products and handicrafts are also featured on the website in collaboration with PT Sarinah to support the results of Indonesian products.
FICA is a festival that people in Mexico City look forward to every year. Attendees can enjoy various types of food from around 90 countries and buy specialty products from each of these countries. This year the FICA will be attended by virtually more than 5,000,000 visitors.
