Beverage From Tuban
Legen is a kind of traditional beverage from Tuban. It is sweet, coming from Aren tree. Legen can be fermented into alcohol beverages called tuak, with strong sense and taste which can be drunken the consumer.
There is also the fruit called siwalan, it is sweet and chewy like a jelly.
