Day 1
Arrival in Yogyakarta
Arrive this afternoon in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on the island of Java, where you’ll find evidence of a rich and influential history. Met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2
Borobudur & Prambanan Excursion
Breakfast at the hotel and then our guide will pick you up to take you to the home of the world’s largest Buddhist monument, Borobudur.
Borobudur is set amidst a backdrop of volcanoes. This vast, ancient site features thousands of sculptures rising on seven levels and represents the peak of 8th–10th century South Asian Buddhist art. It is the oldest Mahayana Buddhist Temple in Indonesia. Later explore Prambanan, an ancient complex built in the style of Javanese-Hindu art that stands on the ethereal heights of the Dieng Plateau.
In the evening you will be transferred to a local restaurant for dinner.

Day 3
Yogyakarta – Departure transfer
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before you visit the elegant Kraton Royal Center. Its myriad museums, temples, crafts workshops and markets display the finest court architecture in Java. Dioramas with life-size puppets show the grandeur of earlier times, including a royal wedding. See fabulous batiks being produced, for which the area is famous.
This afternoon, fly to the next destination.
