Day 1: South of Bali – Ubud (L)
The tour begins in Batubulan with the performance of the Barong Dance show, combining elaborate costumes, deft choreography and the lively crescendo of a gamelan orchestra. Within a short distance from Batubulan lies Ubud, haven for art lovers. Driving along the lines of family run workshops where you can see local artist employing skills, traditions and tools dating back centuries.
Visit Ubud’s most wellknown tourist attraction, the Monkey Forest sanctuary, home’s of malevolent but photogenic long-tailed macaques. Then visit Puri Saren, known as Ubud Palace, stand at the heart of Ubud opposite Main Market. A short drive north of Ubud, stop at Tegalalang village for ricefields view. Rest of the day at leisure, overnight in Ubud.

Day 2: Ubud – South of Bali (BL)
The majority of people in Bali earns their living from agriculture and lives in villages. Each original Balinese household consists of several structures with all built within a confining wall, with variations depending on the caste and wealth of the family. Visit to Balinese compound of Tunjuk Village characters, where kitchens row in the same line as well as “lumbung” rice barns, “bale” family hall and main house.
This Bali package tour then proceed visiting an Elementary School (on school schedule only), located in a short distance. Afterwards experience farming activities in the nearby village farming-field, followed by ricefields short trekking to the area where coconuts are served for a drink. From Tunjuk Village, drive to Denpasar, the capital city of Bali.
Stop at Pasar Badung, the biggest market on the island and is the center of local people activities in buying and selling local products. Walk around and witness directly the activities of the locals, interact with them, and appreciate the simple and blissful life of them. If there is an opportunity, try the local “dokar” horsecart in the city center. From here transfer to your hotel or drop at your next destination.
