Orangutans and Primates Adventure Tour (4 Days)

Look for orangutans in the tropical rainforest of Kalimantan, and visit an orangutan rehabilitation center at Tanjung Putting Nature Reserve to get up-close to the endangered primates at feeding time.
Traveling by small, motorized boat, you will sail the small rivers that flow through the jungle. The reserve is covered by a complex mosaic of diverse lowland habitats, rainforest, mangrove swamps and lakes, offering shelter to a variety of fauna and flora. Home to a large population of several endangered primates, Tanjung Putting is foremost known for its orangutans, where serious efforts are being made to return them back to their natural environment.
