Bali Impressive Tour (5 Days/ 4 Nights)

bali---Lovina-beachThe tour is designed to visit places of interest around Bali. Visiting highlights of Ubud in the Central, Lovina in the North, and Candidasa at the East, this impressive tour a perfect roundtrip to the Island of the Gods.

Day 1: South of Bali – Ubud (L)
The trip begins in Batubulan with the performance of Barong Dance show, combining elaborate costumes, deft choreography and the lively crescendo of a gamelan orchestra.
Then drive through Balinese countryside to Mas, a village famous for its impressive woodcarvings. Next visit is to the mysterious Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave) which dates back to the 3rd century and Tirta Empul, one of Bali’s holy springs. In Ubud, the artistic heart of Bali, visit one of the many art galleries and perchance catch an artist at work. Overnight in Ubud.

Day 2: Ubud (B)
Day free of this Bali impressive tour at leisure or choose an optional activities available in Ubud area, such as Rafting at the Ayung River, Cycling, visit to an Elephant Park, or join traditional activities like Gamelan orchestra, Balinese dancing or painting workshop. Overnight in Ubud.

Day 3: Ubud – Lovina (BL)
From Ubud, drive to the bustling commercial town of Tabanan. Passing neat rice terraces clinging to the hillside, the road leads you to the remote Pura Luhur Batukaru, a temple set amidst lush tropical forest, half way up the steep slopes of Mount Batukaru.
From here is just a short drive to the village of steep rice terraces -Jatiluwih- which is one of Unesco World Heritage site. Stop at Bedugul, a cool mountain retreat nestled on the shores of Lake Beratan and visit the peaceful and sacred Ulun Danu Temple at Lake Beratan. After a walk to Bali’s most dramatic waterfall, Gitgit waterall, drive to Lovina.
Overnight in Lovina.

Day 4: Lovina – Candidasa (BL)
Early in the morning, it’s optional for you to join Dolphin Tour, arranged by hotel.
Leaving Lovina and drive directing Kintamani from where you have a stunning view of the still active Mount Batur surrounded to one side by the blue waters of Bali’s largest lake, Lake Batur.
After visiting Besakih, the Mother Temple of Bali, drive eastward  heading to Candidasa through the village of Sidemen and Putung which offer a magnificent view down  across a valley of rice terrace to the sea and South Bali.
Overnight in Candidasa.

Day 5: Candidasa – South of Bali (B)
Today visit one of the few remaining Bali Aga “original Balinese” villages. Tenganan is a walled village full of unusual customs, festivals and practices.
Proceed visit to Puri Agung Karangasem, a palace that was built at the end of the 19th century.  Continue to Taman Ujung water castle, before continue continue through the eastern coast the main road meets the coast at the fishing village of Kusamba, with its dramatic black sand beaches.  Last visit will be Goa Lawah (bat cave), home to hundreds of thousands of bats. Drive on to south of Bali and drop at your next hotel or destination.
