Makassar Historical Trip 3 Days/2 Nights: Makassar – Bantimurung – Leang Leang

Gowa-Kingdom-Balla-Lompoa-South-SulawesiDay 1 : Arrival – Bantimurung – Leang-Leang (L,D)
Arrival in Makassar, you will be picked up by our local guide and will be guided to the  national park of Bantimurung. Here, you can enjoy the view of the water falls, adventuring the cave of dreams and rock cave. Then, having lunch at the local restaurant. Afterwards, the tour continued to Leang leang, a pre historic cave which has unique and interesting archaeologist remains. Next, we will be visiting Paotere Port, the oldest port inherited from the kingdom of Gowa-Tallo. Towards the evening,  guest will be guided to the local restaurant for dinner and  back to hotel post the dinner.

Day 2 : Makassar City Tour (B,L,D)
Post the breakfast in the hotel, participant will be picked up to visit the museum of Balla Lompoa, a replica to the palace of Kingdom of Gowa, some of the collections are historic heritages from the Kingdom. Afterwards, we will be visiting the Sultan Hasanuddin Cemetery and the Mosque of Katangka, the oldest mosque which was built in the 16th century by the Sultan of Gowa, Imangngerangi Daeng Manrabia Alauddin (Sultan Alauddin), one of the first king of Gowa who embraced Islam. Next, lunch at the local restaurant. Next, we will visit the remains of Fort of Somba Opu which was built in 15th century by the Kingdom of Gowa. Inside the Fort you will find the museum of LA GALIGO some of the collections are from the local  traditions and traditional culture from the people of South Sulawesi. In the afternoon you will enjoy the breeze of Pantai Losari and we will end the tour by having dinner at the local restaurant and back to the hotel.

Day 3 : Free program – Transfer to Airport (B)
After having breakfast at hotel. you will be picked up by our guide for souvenir shopping session in Jalan Somba Opu, and then transported to airport. The end of Service.
