Itinerary:
Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Sano Nggoang – Ruteng
–   Departure from your Hotel/Boat in Labuan Bajo by car to Roe village
–   Start a trekking tour for 3 hours through the beautiful Mebeliling Forest until you reach Werang
–   On the way see the exotic birds of Flores: Flores Hanging-parrot Loriculus flosculus, Flores Crow Corvus florensis and more)
–   Explore the small village, pure nature the rain forest and get in contact with local people
–   Reach to the Cunca Rami Waterfall
–   Lunch
–   Drive via Lake Sano Nggoang to Ruteng
–   Cycling tour at Sano Nggoang and its beautiful nature
–   Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Ruteng

Day 2: Ruteng – Reo – Dampek – Pota
–   Drive to Reo at the northern coast of Manggarai
–   Continue to Pota, Cycling tour of 1,5 hours from Nanga Baras to Rana Tonjong (see the giant lotus)
–   Arrive in Pota
–   Dinner and overnight at homestay

Day 3: Pota – Riung
–   Start the trip to Riung
–   On the way you stop in  Tonggu
–   Cycling tour (ca. 2 hours)
–   Enjoy Batu Payung Beach (swimming, relaxing and snorkeling)
–   Arrive in Riung
–   Dinner and overnight in Pondok Riung (similar)

Day 4: Riung Marine Park
–   Enjoy swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing at 17 islands of the gorgeous Riung Marine Park (Pau, Borong, Ontoloe, Dua, Kolong, Lainjawa, Besar, Halima and a lot more)
–   Explore at Ontoloe Island (watch flying foxes and bats)
–   Return to Riung
–   Dinner and overnight at homestay (similar)

Day 5: Riung – Aegele – Ende – Moni
–   Drive via Mbay to Aegela (passing very nice scenery of rice fields, hills and the blue stone beach in Nangapanda)
–   Continue the trip to Maumbawa (go for a cycle tour for about one hour)
–   Reach the village Moni
–   Dinner and overnight at Lodge (similar)

Day 6: Moni – Kelimutu
–   The car takes you to the three colored lakes of Kelimutu (one of the most spectacular and mysterious sights in Indonesia)
–   Return to Moni with the bicycle for about 2 hours
–   Visit the traditional villages Jopu and Nggela
–   Return to the hotel
–   Dinner and overnight at Lodge (similar)

Day 7: Moni – Soa – Bajawa
–   Drive to Bajawa
–   Stop in Ende and in Nanga Panda (see the blue stoned beach)
–   Cycling trip for one hour
–   Passing the hot springs of Soa (relaxing bath there)
–   Dinner and overnight in Hotel

Day 8: Bajawa – Bena – Aimere
–   Breakfast
–   Visit to Bena (an ancient Ngadanese village)
–   Continue via Wae Belah to Aimere (the centre of “Arak”-production)
–   Arrive there you cycle to Wae Wole (1 Hour)
–   Dinner and overnight in Mbalata

Day 9: Aimere – Mukun – Ruteng
–   Drive to Kisol
–   Continue to Mukun
–   Departing from there a beautiful cycling trip awaits
–   Continue via Jong to Ruteng
–   Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Ruteng guest house

Day 10: Ruteng – Labuan Bajo
–   Drive to Ulumbu
–   Continue to Golo Cala, Wae Lolong, Nteer – Lembor – Labuan Bajo
–   Cycling tour in Iteng (1 hour)
