\"contilola-cave-wamena-papua\"<\/a>Day 01 : ARRIVAL JAYAPURA – WAMENA \u2013 NORTHERN BALIEM VALLEY (L,D).
\nUpon arrival in Sentani Airport of Jayapura, meet\u00a0 for your direct connect flight\u00a0 by\u00a0 Trigana Air\u00a0 leaving for Wamena at ETD 10:30. Arrive at Wamena airport transfer to Baliem Pilamo hotel for check in and a short briefing by guide about the trip. Lunch is served at hotel restaurant. After lunch explore Aikima and Suroba of Baliem valley, Along the way you will find the Danis working in their sweet potatoes fields and will see their daily activities. Arrive at Suroba, walk through the pine forest, enjoy the beautiful nature setting and crossing a bridge over Aike river before you arrive at the main road where the car is waiting for you. We will hike in 1-2 hours through the beautiful countryside and traditional houses of Dani people. Afternoon drive back to Wamena. Dinner and accommodation at Baliem Pilamo Hotel.<\/p>\n

Day 02 : WAMENA \u2013 JIWIKA \u2013 WAGA WAGA \u2013 WAMENA (B,L,D)
\nAfter breakfast at the hotel, 40 minutes drive to Jiwika village, walk 20 minutes to the village of Sumpaima to view the 250 years old Mummy. From Sumpaima walk\u00a0 another 10 minutes to the nearby village of Anemoigi to enjoy the traditional\u00a0 dance\u00a0 by Dani Tribe.\u00a0 You will see and experience the local culture and have an apportunity to interact with local villagers while you can buy their handicraft as your souvenir. Before return to Wamena you still have chance to visit Waga-Waga village to explore Contilola cave which can be reach 15 minutes by car.\u00a0 Afternoon drive back to Wamena for dinner at a local restaurant in town accommodation at Baliem Pilamo Hotel.<\/p>\n

Day 03 : WAMENA – JAYAPURA \u2013 TIMIKA (B,L,D)
\nBreakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight by Trigana ETD 07:00 leaving for Jayapura and by connect flight by GA.653 to Timika at 09:40. Arrive at Timika direct transfer to the hotel for Check in. lunch & dinner at hotel.<\/p>\n

Day 04 :Timika – Ewer – Asmat village\u00a0 (L,D)
\nAfter breakfast at Hotel by car to the airport for catching the flight at 09.50 By Avia Star this flight is delay very often . arrive at Ewer airstrip then continue\u00a0 by motorized canoe sailing through Asmat river to reach Asmat village. Lunch en route & dinner at\u00a0 local house<\/p>\n

Day 05 : Asmat Village \u2013 Senggo (B,L,D)
\nToday we\u00a0 continue to travel up river on motorized canoe for approximately 7 – 8 hours to the village of Senggo in the north of Asmat land. There are more villages to be seen and visit during our trip in the river, and we might fascinated to see the forest and birds near the rivers. Lunch will be served on canoe or at a shelter\/Befak near the river. Arrive in Senggo in the afternoon, we overnight at local house or at simple guest house.<\/p>\n

Day 06 : Senggo \u2013 Basman (B,L,D)
\nFrom Senggo we still continue travel on our motorized canoe further inland to the village of\u00a0 Basman \u2013 up river of Dairam . During the traveling in the river we can see more of the wild life and local tribe (Citak Mitak) tribe fishing on their local dugout in the river. We arrive at Basman village by noon, overnight at local house in Basman village. Afternoon we walk into the village and explore the life and culture of\u00a0 local people.<\/p>\n

Day 07 : Basman \u2013 Jungle\u00a0 (B,L,D)
\nFrom Basman village, trekking\u00a0 through the rain forest closer to Yaniruma village for about 5-6hours, lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at tree house with mosquito nets or\u00a0 build tents on the ground.<\/p>\n

Day 08 :Jungle\u00a0 \u00a0(B,L,D)
\nAfter breakfast, move to another tree house community. The Koroway is semi nomadic people, therefore the trip is more like searching where they live. The terrain will always be wet and muddy. Sometime you have to cross one single log bridge to cross. The temperature is hot and humid. There are mosquitoes in the area, so make sure that all of you have malaria medicine and mosquito repellent.\u00a0 Dinner and overnight at tree houses or build tents on the ground.<\/p>\n

Day 09 – 10 : Dambol \u2013 Yaniruma (B,L,D)
\nwhere we start our adventure in to the Korowai land by paddle canoe or dugout crossing the Dairam Kabur river. From the bank of the river we begin our 5 – 6 hours trek through the swamps, sometimes walk over the log or fallen tree and crossing the river with or without bridge. This is the topic rain forest in the vast-green lowland of South Irian Jaya or Papua, there are many exotic things to be discovered and experienced but with a great deal with mosquito, swamp, heat and high humidity (85 – 100%). Our trek in the forest will support by our local porter who carry our bags or gears and will love to help you to do some difficult section of the trip when you need.\u00a0 The Korowai also a great hunter who hunted pig, Cus-Cus, birds most of their time in life. After we met the Korowai and family on their tree house, we may interact with them help by our guide and experience their life. Dinner and overnight at missionary guest house or local people houses.<\/p>\n

Day 11 : Yaniruma \u2013 Basman \u2013 Sengoo (B,L,D)
\nAfter breakfast, Sailing down thru Dairam River for about 7-8hours to reach Basman and Senggo. Overight at guest house or at tents<\/p>\n

Day 12 : Senggo \u2013 Agat – Ever\u00a0 B,L,D)
\nAfter breakfast, continue Sailing down thru Siretj River for about 9-10hours to reach Agats as capital of asmat regency. Overnight at guest house or at tents<\/p>\n

Day 13 : Ewer \u2013 Timika (B,L,D)
\nAfter breakfast, by Regular Avia Air ETD 10.00\u00a0 fly to Timika, Arrive at Timika, transfer to the Hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour, Afternoon return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 14 :Timika \u2013 Next Destination (B)
\nAfter breakfast at hotel, on time transfer to the Airport of Timika for your next flight<\/p>\n
