\"selayar-island-south-sulawesi\"<\/a>Day 01 : Makassar Arrival \u2013 Selayar Island (LD).
\nOn your arrival at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport at about 8 am, you will be welcomed by our staff and will\u00a0 be directly guided to Selayar island\u00a0 via Tanjung Bira. The duration for this Journey will last about 10 to 11 hours, that\u2019s include the time spent in ferry when crossing for the island. Lunch is then provided on the way. Prior to crossing to the Island, at Bira Ferry Harbor, you will have some time for break while in line for the Ferry. The travel on ferry last about 2 hours and will be arrived at Pamatata Harbour, Selayar. Next stop is city of Benteng, the capital of Selayar island,\u00a0 the trip to this city is last up to 2 hours. Dinner then will be served on the way there. Finally, you will be arrived in a hotel to check in and spending your time at your will.<\/p>\n

Day 02 :Selayar Island Tour (BLD).
\nAfter having a quick breakfast at hotel, the first activity of the day is to visit Nekara Museum, Gong and the old village of Bitombang, a village with unique slanting topography. Thus, the pillars of houses are higher on the backside (12m) and 1-2 meter lower on the front side. The pillars are made of Batti\/Holasa, a premium quality of woods which last for hundreds of years. A simple lunch then will be served an-route. In the afternoon,\u00a0 the tour is continued\u00a0 to Baloiya Beach, close to the city central. Finally, we will head back to hotel for break and dinner will be served at a local restaurant.<\/p>\n

Day 03 :Selayar Island Snorkeling (BLD).
\nAfter a quick breakfast at hotel,\u00a0 by boat, participants will visit Gusung Island also known as Pasi Island located in the western part of selayar. This island is surrounded by beautiful beaches, some of them are Liang Kareta beach, Jeniya Beach, and many others. Next, a simple style lunch meal\u00a0 will be served at one of the beaches. After that, there are many available activities that can be done in this island: snorkeling, swimming, or sunbathing. In the afternoon we will be headed back to hotel and have dinner at a local restaurant.<\/p>\n

Day 04 :Selayar \u2013 Makassar (BL).
\nAnother quick breakfast at the hotel will be served, then we will have early check out. Next, trip is\u00a0 Bira, we will catch the morning ferry at Pamatata Harbour . From Bira, we will be leaving for Makassar for 5-6 hour drive. On the way back, we will stop by Tana Beru, a village famous as a central for\u00a0 Phinisi construction. Phinisi, the popular ancient buginese traditional ship. At this point, you will witness the highly skilled phinisi carpenters. The skills are traditionally inherited from their ancestors. The ships are commercially coming with different sizes and can be ordered for personal use, as a result, the selling of the ships has gone globally. After that, we will be then arrive in Makassar by late afternoon to do hotel check in and the next program is at your will. The\u00a0 dinner will be at your personal account.<\/p>\n

Day 05 : Makassar Transfer Out (B).
\nIn the morning, a buffet will be served for breakfast. After that, hotel check out and you will transported to the Airport for your next flight.<\/p>\n
