Borneo Orangutan tour Rimba Lodge accommodation is Orangutan tour based on twin share in Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge. Borneo orangutan tour based on tour in Tanjung Puting National Park. This National park is the best place to see wild orangutan, Gibbon, Proboscis Monkey, Macaque, Silver Langur, Birds, etc. Check the complete itinerary for Borneo orangutan tour as bellow:


Day 01. Airport – Kumai – Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge (L,D)

On arrival at Pangkalan Bun airport, meeting service with your guide then transfer you to Kumai. Onboard, crossing Kumai River approximately 15 minutes to the main river named Seikonyer River. You will ride up about 2 hours to reach the Rimba orangutan Eco Lodge. Lunch will be served by our own cook on the boat. Dinner and overnight is in Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge.

Day.02 Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge - Camp Leaky – Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge (B,L,D)

After breakfast, proceed up the stream to Camp Leaky area, it will pass the black river. When arrive in camp Leaky, hiking up to see more wildlife such as Orangutans, Gibbons, wild pigs, Kingfisher, Broadbill, Hornbill, etc. At 14.00 you will follow the keeper while they feed the orangutan into the forest. At 16.00 you will be back to the boat then boating down to the Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge.

Day 03. Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge - Pondok Tanggui - Tanjung Harapan Village – Tanjung Harapan Camp – Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge (B,L,D)

After breakfast, boating up stream to the second station called Pondok Tanggui, where you will see the babies and juveniles of the Orangutan get fed. It will take about one hour to reach this Camp. Enjoying the situation till 10.00, and then continuing our tour to Tanjung Harapan village where we can see the Malayan settlement in the gate of National park. Lunch will be served en-route by our own cook on the boat. At 15.00 you will visit the First Camp Tanjung Harapan just cross the river from Tanjung Harapan Village to see the last orangutan feeding. You will enjoy the situation until 16.00. Back to the boat then boating up back to the Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge.

Day 04 Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge – Kumai – Airport (B)

After breakfast, boating down to Kumai then transfer to Pangkalan bun Airport for your next destination.
