Nyiur Melambai Beach, The Popular Beach in East Belitung

Nyiur Melambai beach is a popular tourist destination in East Belitung city. The beach is better known by the name of Lalang beach because it is located in the village of Lalang, Manggar District, East Belitung City, Bangka Belitung Province.

Many visitors come to the beach on the morning to see the sunrise, especially on holidays. It is associated with the location of Lalang beach located in parts of the east side of Belitung island so that in the morning when the sun rises will be seen clearly if the weather support. This beach has white sand that extends and rows of pine trees that make the atmosphere at this beach is so shady and cool. Waves on the beach is not too big that are safe for swimming.

The beach is also often held a wide variety of local arts competitions and festivals. There are several food stalls and a common bathroom for visitors on this beach. There are also other facilities such as beach volleyball, futsal, and artificial rock climbing.
