The Limboto Lake was a lake that was located in the Limboto Subdistrict, Gorontalo, Provinsi Gorontalo, Indonesia. This lake had the depth between 5 and 8 metre this, pengujung or tourists could enjoy various activities, in part, fished, the race berperahu, or swam. Moreover, they could also enjoy the fish burnt fresh that was provided by the local fisherman with the relatively cheap price.

The Limboto lake was the big lake that was located in the Gorontalo Regency. The lake widely around 3.000 hectare this was the estuary from five big rivers, namely the Bone Bolango River, Alo River, Daenaa River, Bionga River, and the Molalahu River. In the era in the 1950 's, the Limboto Lake had the depth through to 27 m.. Therefore, when President Soekarno came to visit Gorontalo and surrounding area by the amphibious aircraft, the Limboto Lake was made the aircraft base that was driven by Bung Karno.
