Talking about ENDE in Flores island, this city plays an important role to the history of Indonesia Independence. The first Indonesian President SOEKARNO – the father of the NATION, was exiled to ENDE by the DUTCH Colonial Government for four years (1934 – 1938). During his exile he often meditated to get inspiration for Indonesian Independence. Then came out the idea to form PANCASILA – the philosophical foundation for Indonesian.
Despite his exile, the late SOEKARNO had a burning desire to fight against the Dutch Colonial government. He frequently met and socialized with villagers in ENDE, visited KELIMUTU lake. Then he founded a theater group named KELIMUTU SECRET to spread his political messages.
The house was built in 1927 – owned by ABDULLAH AMBUWARU. In 1954 The Indonesian government then took over the house and made it as a national heritage.

Day 1: LABUAN BAJO
Start sailing from Labuan Bajo port to KELOR ISLAND, MANJARITE BEACH, KALONG ISLAND.
Stay overnight on board.
Day 2: LABUAN BAJO
Get ashore at RINCA island – trekking to see the KOMODO DRAGONS, continue to PADAR ISLAND, PINK BEACH AND KOMODO ISLAND. Stay overnight on board
Day 3: LABUAN BAJO
After breakfast – the boat is heading to MANTA POINT and KANAWA ISLAND. By late noon return to Labuan Bajo and check in hotel in Labuan Bajo for a rest.
Day 4: LABUAN BAJO - ENDE
Take flight to Ende (takes 40 minutes) – proceed to MONI. Stay overnight in MONI.
Day 5: ENDE KELIMUTU – KOKA BEACH – THE EXILE HOUSE OF SOEKARNO
Leaving the guesthouse at 04:00 am – drive to Kelimutu for 1 hour. After enjoying the sunrise and the 3 colored lake – we transfer you back to MONI for breakfast. Rest for a while and continue your trip to KOKA BEACH and the EXILE HOUSE OF SOEKARNO. Return to Ende and stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 6: ENDE DEPARTURE
After breakfast, it is time to leave for airport for your next destination.
