Runduma Island is a name of island the part of Wakatobi archipelago in Southeast Sulawesi. A long sea trip to this tip island of Indonesia, it offers the natural scenery that is so beautiful.
Runduma is a haven for sea turtles. So called because in this white sandy island, turtle freely reproduce to form colonies, without human interference.
The island in the middle of the Banda Sea and it is not really uninhabited islands. There are 140 heads of families who live on the island who loves nature and their island, so that the turtle was safely coexist.
Coral reefs in the Banda Sea is also still preserved. Villagers of Runduma, District Tomia appreciate marine life and are maintaining the coral reefs in the region.
