Nongsa beach is most favorite beach among the tourists. It is located in the Northeast of the Island. The beach is popular, because it is beautiful and there is also a beautiful island named Putri Island close by. Another advantage of the island is it is close to Singapore. From the beach, precisely from Nongsa Pura Terminal, Singapore can be accessed in only 45 minutes. It is very close so that anybody who is on vacation in Batam can clearly see the high rise buildings in Singapore.
