Rujak Soto
The first culinary in Banyuwangi is Rujak Soto. It is a blend of two different culinary namely Rujak Cingur and Soto Babat. The results of the taste of these two culinary delights and unusual flavors served spicy but can adjust to taste. Rujak is a meal consisting of several fruits and doused with chili mill, sugar, and beans. Soto is soupy food and has some types of vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and some other vegetables.

Pecel Pitik
Of the culinary in Banyuwangi, Pecel Chicken includes in typical food in Banyuwangi. Its basic ingredients are chicken that burnt in thefireplace. However, Banyuwangi people are never burn the chicken until dry because they want to preserve the taste of the softness of the chicken. This food is often mixed with grated coconut and peanut paste. The beans are then mixed with spices and other spicy seasonings. Furthermore, the flavoring mixed into chicken that has been cut into several parts.

Sego Tempong
It is quite popular in Banyuwangi typical in its sauce. The level of spiciness is very popular in culinary lovers. The food is served with a variety of vegetables, such as cassava leaves, cucumber, eggplant and other beans. Its complements are tempeh, tofu and fried salted fish. Sego Tempong prevalent throughout the food stalls on the roadside.

Sego Cawuk
The original culinary Banyuwangi most delicious menu served for breakfast or also at lunch. It is served with grated coconut by boiled water, which is equipped with small slices of cucumber and corn. Typically, the soup of the food is given anchovy. As a side dish companion, Sego Cawuk is eaten with spicy sea fish and chicken or boiled duck egg. For those who like spicy food, you can add a spicy tomato sauce. This food is named Sego Cawuk because the first way, they do not use a spoon, but eat it by hand.

Spicy Chicken

Pecel Rawon
This food is a fusion between Pecel and Rawon. First, pecel gives with peanut sauce and then douses with Rawon soup along with the meat. Pecel is a food consisting of several kinds of vegetables and then use peanut sauce as a flavoring. Rawon is black soupy food and there is some meat in it. Pecel rawon only exist in Banyuwangi and does not exist in other cities.
