Petilasan Sri Aji Joyoboyo

Petilasan Joyoboyo Sri Aji is a meditation or place for the king. In this case, this was the place of Kadiri King, the King Joyoboyo. In addition to be the King Kediri in the twelfth century, Joyoboyo was also known in the Javanese sacred book "Jongko Joyoboyo" which contains predictions about future events that will come. This place is include of historic site and it located at 15 Km from the center of Karachi.

As a sacred place, this petilasan is always visited by those who want to see some relics such as, Sendang Tirto Kamandanu spring, Palinggihan Mpu Mharadah and Arca Totok Kerot. In addition, many of them visiting for the pilgrimage, with the peak of visits occurred at 1 Suro, the Javanese calendar.
