In the beautiful turquoise waters of The Bahamas, you will see that there are plenty of fish in our sea! The Bahamas is renowned as one of the great fishing destinations in the world! Try your hand at a day full of light tackle fishing. Some of the types of fish that you are likely to catch are Yellowtail Snapper, Grunt, Porgy, Triggerfish, Grouper, Jacks and even Barracuda!
Fishing has always been an integral part of Bahamian history and culture. On this half-day private fishing charter you will get to experience the thrill of catching local fish surrounded by the beautiful turquoise waters that the Bahamas is known for!
The boat will pick you up at the designated location at the Harbour Central Marina in Nassau. You will then cruise over to the fishing location which will be your fishing grounds for 3 hours. Your guide will provide you with all the necessary equipment and will provide instructions or assistance throughout the day. You will be participating in light tackle fishing which is great for novice to advanced fisherman. You can expect to catch fish like Yellowtail Snapper, Grunt, Porgy, Triggerfish, Grouper, Jacks and even Barracuda!
After the fishing is complete the boat will return to drop-off location. If your accommodations have cooking facilities, you are welcome to take your fish with you and enjoy the catch of the day for dinner!
