This special Brazilian feast begins with a welcome caipirinha, BrazilÂ’s national drink and is followed by a Churrasco feast that even pescatarians can love. Included with this Churrasco meal are two caipirinhas and dessert per person. Wine, beer or a non-alcoholic beverage can be substituted for caipirinhas. The term Churrascaria (pronounced choo-rah-scah-ree-ah) dates back to the early 1800Â’s in the south of Brazil and refers to a restaurant that specializes in Rodizio- a Brazilian barbecue method of grilling, cutting and serving several varieties of meats such as chicken, pork, beef, lamb and more.
