Askja is a famous volcano in central Iceland and you will hike up to and take a look at the cradle. After that we will go to Holuhraun lava and take a bath in the warm river that runs under the lava field.

Askja volcano is situated in very remote part of the central highland. Askja is one of Iceland's best known volcanoes and was used to prepare astronauts for the lunar missions. We will hike up to the cradle of Askja and take a look of the cradle.
