Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel or centrally located meeting point at 7:15am. From there, transfer to the port of Piano di Sorrento and board the awaiting vessel. Make your departure to Castellammare di Stabia's port. Upon your arrival, transfer by minicoach to the Herculaneum to start your tour of the ruins. As you walk the ancient structure, you will be accompanied by a guide who will give you the background and history.

Come lunch time, you will have free time to walk around or enjoy your provided sandwich and bottled water. After your break, make your departure to the Vesuvius Volcano to visit the crater. Take pictures and listen as your guide tells you of this infamous volcano that destroyed the city of Pompeii centuries ago. Once you are finished, transfer from Vesuvius by coach to Castellammare di Stabia. Once you return to Sorrento by boat, you will be dropped off at your original departure point.
