7-Day Sailing and Trekking in the Aeolian Islands

Enjoy 7 relaxing and inspiring days in the Aeolian Islands- deemed a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000. Seven beautiful islands in the middle of the Mediterranean await your discovery. You can admire the spectacle of the "Sciara di Fuoco", where the hot lava reaches the sea from two active volcanoes, Stromboli and Vulcano. On a sailboat you will see the bays and villages that many don't get the chance to visit. The colors of sea are unforgettable as you cruise by places like Strombolicchio and Lisca Bianca in Panarea. The wine and the only typical food of the Mediterranean.
Sail from island to island aboard a sailboat where you will stay in a cabin with two beds. Your sailing boat is equipped with 2, 3, or 4 bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, hot water, linens. Day 1: Marina Tropea for Stromboli

Day 5: Lipari to Salina

Rent a moped and have fun driving around to various places to sample food.
Day 6: Salina to Cape Vaticano
Trek in the upper part of Salina, in the typical landscapes of Pollara and abandoned fishing villages (cost about €20). Taste Malvasia, the local sweet wine. In the evening, depart for Cape Vaticano, in one of the most beautiful sceneries of the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy 6 hours of sun and sea while pleasantly navigating about on the water.
Day 7: Cape Vaticano to Tropea
Stop to swim in the clear waters of Cape Vaticano. After an hour of navigation within the port of Tropea, you will be at the most visited tourist destination of Calabria, with its typical rock and crystal clear waters, where you will disembark.
