Our adventure begins by visiting a typical Colombian market, called Plaza de Mercado Paloquemao, a picturesque and fun place where we can bargain, buy and feel the colors and flavors of exotic fruits and vegetables that the Plaza offers. This tour includes the ingredients of the wonderful dishes we will be preparing in our second stop. “Casa de Citas” Restaurant where we will prepare a delicious Ajiaco Santafereño, a warm and inviting dish that has joined families throughout Bogota´s history.
