http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com Odin (our driver) had to dodge potholes, dogs, "why did the chicken cross the road," people, small children, trucks, motor bikes for 8 hours. Rarely exceeding 40km/hour. It takes forever to get anywhere. Sulawesi was having an election August 17 and the people were decorating their houses with paper cups painted red and strung along the fences. Our butts were very eager for the long driving days to end.
