Nglolang Beach - Quiet Beach in Gunungkidul

Talking about the potential of coastal tourism in the area of Gunungkidul, DI Yogyakarta is seemed endless. Gunungkidul has a long coastline of more than 75 km, and every coast is bounded by mountains, so it shows different panoramas of each coast. One of coastal tourism in the area of Gunungkidul is Nglolang Beach, Kemadang Village, Tanjungsari District. Nglolang Beach in the west of Sepanjang is one of the beaches that has not been widely known visitors. No wonder if the atmosphere of this beach is relatively quiet, in contrast to other beaches that are crowded and has many facilities for visitors.

Nglolang beach is not so long and flanked by 2 pieces of hills, but the white sand on the sidelines of the rocks makes its own exoticism from this beach. When visitors enjoy Nglolang Beach, there is a private beach that is not disturbed by the activity of the outside world. The beauty of marine life with small fish on the sidelines of corals, algae, and starfish is easy to see in this coastal area.

When the water is receding, visitors can snorkel and watch the beauty of underwater life that is still natural. However, visitors must bring a private snorkel because around the location there is no snorkel rental like at Nglambor Beach or Sadranan Beach. When dusk comes, and the sky is not cloudy, visitors can see the sunset. Although the impression is narrow, but the scenery is good and still not many visitors, so the beach is still clean.
