Getting Rid of Tired with Coming to The Jogging Park

After spending your day working in the office from morning to evening, it's good to take a short break with exercise. Exercise not only nourishes the body, but also refreshes your brain and mind from heavy things in your work or study.
You don't have to go to an expensive gym to exercise, but you can do it in a public place like this one park: Jogging Garden. The park is named "Jogging" as a facility for people of Jakarta who want to exercise in a good place and for free.

Jogging Park is equipped with a twisting jogging track, as well as sports equipment like those in fitness places. All you can use for free. For those of you who come to Jogging Park with your child, there are children's playgrounds, such as teeter boards, homes and sliding. Jogging Park I and II are located in Summarecon, Kelapa Gading with a fairly close proximity, across from Kelapa Gading Mall, North Jakarta. Jogging Park II itself was inaugurated on January 25, 2014 by Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok who served as Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta at that time. Jogging Park is built to meet the needs of the community to exercise for free.

This park looks crowded by residents in the afternoon around 5 o'clock when they have come home from their office or school. Most people jog around here, but there are also some people who just come to relax in the shady garden seating with their families while avoiding congestion on the road. There are not seen street vendors in the sports area, so that it makes this park very comfortable and not seedy. You can visit this park to jog and exercise daily because it is always opened to the public.
