Gangga Island is one of many islands in North Sulawesi Province was awarded the beautiful scenery. Administratively, the island with white sandy beach that is so delicate is located in Likupang Barat district, Minahasa Utara regency. There are two villages on the island are Gangga Satu and Gangga Dua village. Gangga Island has an area of 14.65 km2 is one of the excellent marine tourism in North Sulawesi beside Bunaken Island, Siladen Island, located in Manado and Lembeh in Bitung.



How to get there:

To reach Gangga Island, you have to drive about 90 minutes from Manado to Likupang. However, if you use public transport from Pall 2 terminal Manado to get to Likupang, you will spend time approximately 2 hours drive. From the small port Likupang, and then you proceed to Gangga Island use speed boat which takes about 40 minutes. For those of you who want to visit Gangga Island by speed boat, it's good to know the departure schedule because not all the time available speed boat crossing to Gangga Island.
