    Prambanan Temple, the UNESCO World Heritage



    Prambanan temple or often also called the Temple of Roro Jonggrang, is one of the UNESCO world heritage form the largest temple complex in Indonesia and Southeast Asia 's most beautiful temples built in the 9th century BC. In the garden complex there are 240 temples of Prambanan Temple. This temple is dedicated to the three main gods in Hinduism, namely Trimurti (Brahma, Vishnu , and Shiva).

    This temple complex is located on the border between the provinces of Special Distric of Yogyakarta (DIY) and Central Java. Approximately 17 miles northeast of Yogyakarta and 50 km southwest of Surakarta. Prambanan temple facing east.
