The development design is so innovative that it was awarded the 1992 Gold Nugget Award for Site Plan of the Year by Pacific Coast Builders Conference. Judges called the plan "very dramatic, very aggressive.

    I've been there playing golf.. whats nice about PIK is that there are many food and cafe stores around. So you can to go to a nice cafe after playing..
