Gili Islands is settled on the northwest side of the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The archipelago is consists of three small islands (Gili), namely Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air. Among the three, Gili Trawangan is the largest and also has complete facilities for tourists. Some says that the best beaches with the purest water can be found at these islands.

To reach the Gili Islands, we can ride a boat for a half hour from Port Bangsal in Lombok. This port is about 2 hours away by car from Lombok International Airport. If by sea from Bali, we can ride the ferry from the port of Padang Bai to the Lembar, then traveled overland to Port Bangsal.
