Kancet Ledo

Kancet Ledo or Tari Gong, is another traditional folk dance from East Kalimantan. Looking at the name, Gong dance is a dance that instrumented by Gong music instrument. Beside, this dance is sometimes been performed above a gong.
This dance is also representing the gentle movements of a girl that flick like the move of paddy in the field.

This dance is presented by Dayak women that wearing Dayak Kenyah’s traditional clothes. The dancers are also use a huge Enggang bird’s feather tail on their hands and that makes this dance becomes do particular and unique at the same time.
