Demak Great Mosque is a mosque, the oldest in Indonesia. It is located in Demak, Central Java. Mosque Architecture Agung Demak influenced by ancient Javanese architecture in the Hindu kingdom. Demak Great mosque is Wali Songo's architecture, the moslems icon in Java island. Identification of these architectural influences appear on three main aspects of the Hindu Javanese architecture filled by mosques. Three aspects of Meru was the roof, space sacred (Cella) and poles surrounding teacher Cella space. Meru is a typical roof sacred building in Java and Bali. Roof forms that rise and a smaller upward vertically and orientation of the symbol of power up. The building is considered the most sacred and and important to have the roof level and the most high.
