Sadeng Beach was an estuary of ancient Bengawan Solo River, the legendary river in Central Java. However, because of the natural process, millions of years ago, the land was lifted up. It left the track of the river which was no longer filled with the water. Therefore, now, we can only see the trace of the river current being a unique landscape that is good to be captured with our camera.
Sadeng beach is located in two villages, Songbanyu and Pucung Village, Girisubo sub-district. It is 50 kilometers from Wonosari. This area is bordered with Wonogiri regency, Central Java.
