Siangau Beach with the Pristine Atmosphere at Bangka Barat

Siangau Beach is located in Teluk Limau Village in Parit Tiga Sub-district of Bangka Barat. The beach is around 150 km away from Pangkalpinang, the capital city of Bangka Belitung province. It takes about 2-3 hours to go there from Pangkalpinang. However, the time spent to go there is worth it as the beauty of the beach will pamper our eyes. Clear blue sea water combined with white sand and row of coconut trees is the main view when we visit the area.

Sets of large granite boulders on Siangau Beach make exotic scenery. There are several granite formations at some points at the end of the road impassable to motor vehicles that become rest area or a place to simply relax and enjoy the scenery, or to bathe and play in the seawater.

When you are in Bangka province, don’t miss it visit to Siangau Beach, be informed that it is better to visit the beach around the end of March to end of September as the water condition will be less clear due to the influence of the season beyond that time. Rather rough wave from October to March make it less comfortable and safe to play on the sea.
